This is an appeal against the order dated 29.03.2014 passed by the Commissioner of Income Tax -6, Mumbai [hereinafter referred to as the “CIT”].
The assessee’s Chartered Accountant has moved an application dated 07.06.2016 to withdraw the present appeal to which the learned DR has no objection. Therefore, in view of the said circumstances the appeal filed by the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
In the result, the appeal of the Assessee is dismissed. Assessment Year:2010-11
