O R D E R Manoj Kumar Aggarwal (Accountant Member) 1. At the time of hearing, Ld. AR placed on record a letter dated 02.05.2024 and sought withdrawal of the appeal. The Ld. Sr. DR pleaded for cost on the ground that the assessee had filed simultaneous appeal before Ld. CIT(A). However, the bench is not inclined for the same considering the application of the Ld. AR.
In the result, the appeal stand dismissed as withdrawn.
