This is an appeal filed by the assessee against the order of the Pr.
CIT-2, Bhubaneswar dated 28.3.2016 for the assessment year 2010-
2011.
At the outset, ld A.R. of the assessee filed a petition dated
23.8.2017 stating that the assessee does not want to press the appeal
and as such it may be treated as not pressed and may be permitted to
withdraw. Ld D.R. did not have any objection to the prayer of the
assessee.

In view of above, we permit the assessee to withdraw its appeal
and dismiss the appeal as withdrawn.
In the result, appeal filed by the assessee is dismissed.
