Per Shri Pavan Kumar Gadale, JM: The assessee has filed an appeal against the order of CIT(A), Cuttack, dated 20.03.2015, passed u/s.263 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 for the assessment year 2010-2011. 2. At the time of hearing, the ld. AR for the assessee requested for withdrawal of the appeal and made endorsement in the grounds of appeal as not pressed, for which ld. DR has no objection.
Considering the prayer of the ld. AR for the assessee, we dismiss the appeal of the assessee as withdrawn.
