This is an appeal by the Assessee against the order dated 19.03.2015 of Pr.CIT, Kolkata-I, Kolkata passed u/s 263 of the Act relating to AY 2009-10.
The assessee has filed an application dated 28.02.2017 requesting for the withdrawal of appeal. The ld. DR did not raise any objection. We permit the assessee to withdraw this appeal.
In the result, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Order pronounced in the Court on 18.04.2017.
