When the appeal was taken up for hearing, ld. Counsel for the assessee submitted that assessee wanted to withdraw the appeal.
There is also a petition filed seeking permission of the bench to ITA No. 153/Mds/2016. :- 2 -: withdraw the appeal. We therefore dismiss the appeal of the assessee has withdrawn.
