The assessee has filed an application dated 25.04.2017 requesting for the withdrawal of appeal. The ld. DR did not raise any objection. We permit the assessee to withdraw this appeal.
In the result, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Order pronounced in the Court on 03.05.2017.
