This is an appeal filed by the assessee against the order of Ld. Pr. CIT, Kol-2, Kolkata dated 27.02.2015 for AY 2010-11. 2. At the time of hearing Ld. Counsel for the assessee submitted that he does not want to press this appeal, hence, this appeal may be treated as withdrawn. Ld. DR has got no objection. Therefore, We dismiss this appeal of assessee as withdrawn. 3. In the result, appeal of assessee is dismissed as withdrawn. Order is pronounced in the open court.
