The present appeal by assessee u/s 253 of the Income-Tax Act is directed against the order of ld. Commissioner of Income-tax (Appeals)-6, Mumbai (for short the CIT(A) dated 14.10.2014 for Assessment Year(AY) 2010-11 raising only one ground of appeal is that “Ld. CIT(A) erred in confirming the disallowance of foreign air travel expenses by wife of the Director of the assessee-company”.
At the outset of the proceeding, the ld. Authorized Representative (AR) of the assessee made the statement that he has instruction not to press the grounds of appeal raised in the present appeal. The ld. Departmental Representative (DR) for the Revenue has no objection, if the assessee is allowed to withdraw the appeal.
Considering the statement of ld. AR of the assessee, the present appeal is treated as dismissed, as the grounds raised in the present appeal are not pressed.
