O R D E R Per N.S.Saini, AM This is an appeal filed by the assessee against the order u/s. 263 of
the Income Tax Act, 1961 of the Pr. CIT, Cuttack dated 8.3.2016.
Vide petition dated 4.8. 2017, the assessee has prayed to withdraw
its appeal. Ld D.R. did not have any objection.
In view of above, we permit to withdraw the appeal filed by the
assessee as withdrawn.
