ORDER PER SUDHIR KUMAR, JUDICIAL MEMBER:
This appeal by the assessee is directed against the order of the National Faceless Appeal Centre, Delhi [hereinafter referred to as “NFAC”] vide order dated 23.12.2021 pertaining to assessment year 2019-20.
At the time of hearing before us, the Ld. Counsel for Assessee informed that the assessee is not interested in prosecuting the appeal hence it is requested that the appeal may kindly be treated as withdrawn.
The Ld. Sr. Departmental Representative (Ld. Sr. DR) did not object to withdrawal of the appeal by assessee. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn and not pressed.
In view of the aforesaid, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
