This appeal by the assessee is directed against the order dated 25.03.2021 of ld. PCIT-1, Jaipur for the assessment year 2013-14.

At the time of hearing, none attended on behalf of the assessee. However, the ld. Counsel for the assessee has sent an Email dated 15.03.2022 stating that the assessee does not want to pursue this appeal and, therefore, requested to permit the assessee to withdraw the present appeal. The ld. D/R has raised no objection if the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn. Accordingly, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.

In the result, appeal of the assessee is dismissed.

Order is pronounced in the open court on 29/03/2022.
