This appeal by the assessee is directed against the order dated 08.09.2021 of ld. CIT (Appeals), Delhi-42, Delhi for the assessment year 2017-18.

At the time of hearing, the ld. Counsel for the assessee submitted letter dated 15.03.2022 stating that the assessee wants to withdraw this appeal as it has been filed twice and, therefore, requested to permit the assessee to withdraw the present appeal. The ld. D/R has raised no objection if the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn. Accordingly, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
