The assessee has filed this appeal challenging the order dated 15.11.2023 passed by the learned Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), NFAC, Delhi for the assessment year 2014-15.

At the time of hearing, the assessee moved a petition seeking permission of the Bench to withdraw the appeal. The learned DR did not object to the same. Accordingly, we allow the assessee to withdraw the appeal.

In the result, appeal filed by the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
