This is an appeal by the Assessee against the order dated 27.02.2015 of CIT(A)- 2, Kolkata relating to AY 2009-10.

The assessee has filed an application dated 08.03.2018 praying the Bench that assessee company does not intend to pursue the said appeal and requested the Bench to treat the said appeal as withdrawn. The ld. DR did not raise any objection. We dismiss the appeal of the assessee as withdrawn. 3. In the result, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Order pronounced in the Court on 12.03.2018. [A. T.
