ORDER PER SATBEER SINGH GODARA, JM:
This is an appeal by the Assessee against the order dated 27.02.2015 of Pr. C.I.T.-1, Kolkata relating to A.Y.2009-10. 2. The assessee has filed an application dated 09.03.2018 requesting for the withdrawal of appeal. The ld. DR did not raise any objection. We permit the assessee to withdraw this appeal.
In the result, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
