The assessee has filed an application dated 22.05.2018 seeking withdrawal of the appeal. The Ld. DR for Revenue has raised no objection on assessee’s withdrawing the present appeal. In view of application made by assessee, the appeal is dismissed as having been 'withdrawn'.
In the result, appeal of the assessee is dismissed.
