The appeal filed by the assessee is against the order of Commissioner of Income Tax-6, Pune dated 30.03.2015 relating to assessment year 2010-11 passed under section 263 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 ( in short ‘the Act’)

The assessee has filed an application dated 23.05.2018 seeking withdrawal of the appeal. The Ld. DR for Revenue has raised no objection on assessee’s withdrawing the present appeal. In view of application made by assessee, the appeal is dismissed as having been 'withdrawn'.
In the result, appeal of the assessee is dismissed.
