1. The appeal filed by the assessee is against the order of Ld. CIT(A)-6, Kolkata dated 17.02.2016 for AY 2011-12.
At the time of hearing, we notice that an application of assessee dated 23.04.2018 is placed on file praying for withdrawal of the appeal. Ld. DR has got no objection to this withdrawal. Hence, we accept the assessee’s application for withdrawal of appeal and dismiss this appeal of assessee being withdrawn.
