This appeal filed by the assessee is directed against the order of Ld. Principal CIT, Central - 1, Kolkata dated 27.02.2017 passed u/s 263 of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

At the time of hearing fixed today, the learned counsel for the assessee has filed an application seeking permission of the bench to withdraw this appeal as per the instruction given by the assessee. Since the learned DR has no objection in this regard, the permission as sought by the assessee is granted and this appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdraw.

In the result, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed. Order Pronounced in the Open Court on 23rd May, 2018.
