This appeal of the assessee arises out of the order of the CIT(A)-59, Mumbai dated 06-04-2015 for the assessment year 2013-14.

When the matter was called up for hearing, Shri Prashant P Pandav, Sr Accountant of the assessee firm appeared and filed a letter dated 22-01-2018 seeking withdrawal of the appeal. The Ld.DR has no objection in assessee withdrawing the appeal. In view of this agreed proposition, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed, as withdrawn.
