The Present Appeal has been filed by the assessee against the order of Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)-24, Mumbai dated 05.02.16 for AY 2011-12. 2 Aarti Industries Ltd.
At the very outset, our attention was drawn towards letter dated 23.01.18 wherein the assessee has requested to withdraw the present appeal.
Considering the contents of the letter as mentioned above, we allow the request of the assessee for withdrawing the present appeal.
