This appeal filed by the assessee is directed against the order of the CIT(A)-26, Mumbai dated 23-09-2013 for the assessment year 2010-11.

At the time of hearing, the assessee was present himself and filed a letter seeking to withdraw the appeal, as he felt there is no merit in his appeal. The Ld.DR has no objection in permitting the assessee to withdraw the appeal. In view of the agreed proposition, the appeal filed by the assessee is dismissed, as withdrawn.
