These appeals have been filed by the assessee against the orders of ld. CIT(A)-1, Lucknow, dated 26.08.2020, for Assessment Years 2011- 12 & 2012-13.

The ld. Counsel for the assessee sought the permission of the Bench to withdraw these appeals by moving an application dated 10.08.2022, stating as under: “With due respect, it is prayed that the said appeal filed by the appellant is fixed for hearing before the Hon'ble Bench on 10.8.2022. We pray your honour that we are withdrawing the said appeal.

In view of this fact, we pray your honour to kindly pass necessary order for withdrawal of said appeal.”

Learned D.R. has no objection. Accordingly, we permit the assessee to withdraw these appeals.

In the result, both the appeals of the assessee are dismissed as withdrawn.
