Per Sandeep Gosain, Judicial Member:
The Present Appeal has been filed by the assessee against the order of Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)-1(WZ), Mumbai dated 15.11.16 for AY 2012-13.
K Line Ship Management (India) Pvt. Ltd. 2. At the very outset, our attention was drawn towards letter dated 10.04.17 wherein the assessee has requested to withdraw the present appeal. 3. Considering the contents of the letter as mentioned above, we allow the request of the assessee for withdrawing the present appeal. 4. In the net result, the appeal filed by the assessee stands dismissed as withdrawn. Order pronounced in the open court on 22nd March, 2018
