This is an appeal filed by the assessee against the order of CIT(A)-12 dated 22/05/2017 for A.Y.2009-10 in the matter of order passed u/s.143(3) r.w.s. 147 of the IT Act, 1961.

At the outset, learned AR placed on record the letter dated 09/04/2018 and requested for withdrawal of the appeal.

Learned DR has no objection. Accordingly, we allow the withdrawal.
