This appeal is filed by the Assessee against the order dated 27/10/2014 passed by CIT(A)-XVIII, New Delhi.
During the time of hearing none appeared on behalf of the Assesse, but there is letter/application dated 03.10.2017 placed before us by the Assessee Company which is signed by Managing Director of the Company. As per the letter/application dated 03.10.2017, the assessee company do not want to pursue this appeal any further therefore requested to withdraw this appeal.
The Ld. DR does not have any objection.
We have seen the said letter/application dated 03.10.2017 signed by Managing Director of the Assessee Company. The same is taken on record.
In result, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
