This appeal preferred by the assessee is against the order of the Ld. CIT(A)-2, Kolkata dated 09.08.2017 for AY 2015-16.
None appeared at the time of hearing but an application dated 27.12.2018 praying for withdrawal of the appeal has been placed in the file itself. Ld. DR has got no objection to this withdrawal. Hence, we accept the assessee’s application for withdrawal of appeal and dismiss this appeal of assessee as withdrawn.
