This is an appeal preferred by the assessee against the order of the National Faceless Appeal Centre, Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the “Ld. CIT(A)”] dated 28.02.2024 for the AY 2020-21.
At the outset, Ld. Counsel for the assessee filed letter dated nil requested to withdraw the instant appeal to which Ld. DR did not oppose. We therefore, dismiss the appeal as withdrawn.
In the result, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
