Both these appeals are filed by the same assessee arise against
the two different orders dated 24/07/2014 and 20/03/2013 passed by
the ld. CIT(A), Central, Jaipur pertaining to the A.Y. 2008-09 and 2009-
10.
Both the appeals are being heard together and for the same of
convenience, a common order is being passed.
Firstly we take ITA No. 556/JP/2014.
At the time of the hearing of this appeal, the ld CIT D.R. has
sought adjournment on the ground that certain documents are required
to be obtained.
On the contrary, the ld AR of the assessee has submitted that he
does not want to prosecute this appeal, therefore, he prayed to
withdraw this appeal.
The ld. CIT DR has not raised any objection on the withdrawal of
this appeal, therefore we permit the assessee to withdrawn this appeal.
Accordingly, this appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
Regarding another appeal being ITA No. 334/JP/2013, we fix this
appeal for hearing on 14/03/2017.
ITA 556/JP/2014 & 334/JP/2013 3 Shyam Agarwal Vs. DCIT 6. In the result, ITA No. 556/JP/2014 is dismissed as withdrawn. Order pronounced in the open court on 30/01/2017.
