There are 4 appeals filed by the Assessee against the consolidated order of CIT(A)-4, Pune, dated 19-02-2015 for the A.Yrs.2004-05 to 2007-08.
At the outset, Ld. Counsel for the assessee referring to the assessee’s letter dated 01-05-2018 submitted that assessee wants to

withdraw the appeal filed by him. The reason for such withdrawal as mentioned in the request application of the assessee reads as under :
“This is an application for withdrawal of the above mentioned appeal. We do not wish to pursue the appeal and wish to withdraw the same. We request your honour to kindly allow the same and oblige.”
Ld DR has no objection for withdrawal of the appeals by the assessee.
On perusal of the assessee’s letter and having no objection from the side of Ld. DR, we allow the request of the assessee to withdraw the appeals. Accordingly, the grounds raised by the assessee in all the appeals are dismissed as ‘withdrawn’.
In the result, all the 4 appeals of the assessee are dismissed as ‘withdrawn’.
