The present appeal has been filed by the assessee against the order dated 21.03.2021 of ld. Pr. CIT, Chandigarh pertaining to 2016-17 assessment year. 2. The assessee has placed on record an application seeking withdrawal of the appeal. Revenue has no objection to the withdrawal of the appeal. Accordingly, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn. The said order was pronounced on the date of hearing itself in the open Court. Order pronounced in the Open Court on 7th April,2022.
