O R D E R - Per N.V. Vasudevan, Vice President This is an appeal filed by the assessee against the order dated 26.12.2017 of the CIT(A)-10, Bangalore relating to asst. year 2013-14.

At the time of hearing, none appeared on behalf of the assessee. It is seen from the record that the assessee vide letter dated 8th June, 2018 has requested for the withdrawal of the appeal. In view of the same, therefore, the assessee’s appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

In the result, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed.
