The present appeal is filed by the Assessee against the order of the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)-30, New Delhi [‘Ld. CIT(A) ’ for short] dated 31/08/2023 for the Assessment Year 2015-16.

At the time of hearing, the Ld. AR submitted the application/letter dated 14/07/2023 was filed by the Assessee expressing the desire to withdraw the present appeal and sought for dismissing the Appeal as withdrawn.

The Ld. Sr. DR for Revenue expressed no objection against withdrawal of the appeal by the Assessee.

In view of the foregoing; this appeal filed by the Assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
