PER YOGESH KUMAR, U.S. JM: The present appeal is filed by the Assessee against the order of the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)-30, New Delhi [‘Ld. CIT(A) ’ for short] dated 31/08/2023 for the Assessment Year 2015-16. 2. At the time of hearing, the Ld. AR submitted the application/letter dated 14/07/2023 was filed by the Assessee expressing the desire to withdraw the present appeal and sought for dismissing the Appeal as withdrawn.
