The assessee has filed this appeal challenging the order dated 18.09.2017, passed by the CIT(A)-10 ,Mumbai, for A.Y. 2015-16.

The assessee has moved an application seeking permission to withdraw the appeal. The learned DR did not object to the request made by the assessee. In view of the same, we allow the assessee to withdraw the appeal.

In the result, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
