This appeal is filed by the assessee and the same is directed against the order of ld. CIT(A)-5, Bangalore dated 18.05.2017 for Assessment Year 2014-15.

At the very outset, it was submitted by ld. AR of assessee that the assessee wants to withdraw this appeal and he submitted a memo for withdrawal in this regard. The ld. DR of revenue had no objection against this withdrawal request of the appeal by the assessee. Hence the assessee is permitted to withdraw the appeal. 3.
