This is an appeal filed by the Assessee directed against the order of the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)-1, Coimbatore (‘CIT(A)’ for short) dated 06.03.2019 for the Assessment Year (AY) 2014-2015.

When the appeal was taken up for hearing, the Authorised 2.

Representative filed petition dated 28.11.2019 seeking permission to withdraw the appeal filed by the assessee since the assessee is not interested in prosecuting his appeal.

In view of the above submissions of the ld. Authorised Representative and there being no objection raised by the ld. Sr.

Departmental Representative, the appeal filed by the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.

In the result, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
