This is the appeal preferred by the assessee against order of Principal Commissioner of Income Tax, (Central)-Patna (hereinafter referred to as the Ld. PCIT], passed u/s 263 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (hereinafter referred to as the Act) dated 24.05.2023 for AY 2021-22.
2 I.T.A. No. 209/Pat/2023 Assessment Years: 2021-22 Upendra Prasad Chaurasiya 2. At the time of hearing, a letter dated 13.05.2025 was placed before us from the assessee’s Counsel requesting the Bench to allow the withdrawal the appeal. Accordingly, accepting the request of the assesse, we dismiss the appeal as withdrawn.
