ORDER This appeal by Assessee has been directed against the Order of the Ld. CIT(A)-1, Noida, Dated 29.09.2016, for the A.Y. 2005-2006. 2. The Ld. D.R. filed copy of the letter Dated 16.08.2018 of the assessee in which assessee prayed that he does not want to press the appeal. It may also be noted here that assessee did not appear before the Ld. CIT(A) to prosecute the appeal. In this view of the matter, appeal of the assessee is dismissed as not pressed.
