This is an appeal filed by the Assessee directed against the order of the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)-1, Madurai (‘CIT(A)’ for short) dated 30.09.2019 for the Assessment Year (AY) 2003-2004.
ITA No. 3282/2019 :- 2 -:
When the appeal was taken up for hearing, the assessee filed petition dated 16.01.2020 seeking permission to withdraw the appeal, since it is not interested in prosecuting its appeal.
In view of the above submissions and there being no objection raised by the ld. Sr. Departmental Representative, the appeal filed by the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
In the result, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
