The Income Tax Officer (HQ)(Tech.)-1 vide letter dated 09.09.2019 has brought to the notice of the Bench that in the order dated 28.01.2019 passed by the Bench, the assessment year is wrongly mentioned as 2012-13 instead of 2013-14. Therefore, the assessment year in the cause title of the said order be read as “Assessment Year 2013-14” in place of “Assessment Year 2012-13”.
