Per Shri P.M. Jagtap, Vice-President:- These two appeals filed by the assessee are directed against two separate orders passed by the ld. Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), Asansol dated 26.05.2014 and 16.01.2014 for A.Y. 2008-09 and 2009-10 respectively.
At the time of hearing fixed in these appeals today, the assessee has moved an application seeking permission of the Bench to withdraw both these appeals filed by the assessee. Since the ld. D.R. has no objection in
ITA Nos. 749 & 750/KOL/2019 Assessment Years: 2008-2009 & 2009-2010 M.G.B. Transport
this regard, the permission as sought by the assessee is granted and both these appeals of the assessee are dismissed as withdrawn.
In the result, both the appeals of the assessee are dismissed as withdrawn. Order pronounced in the open Court on July 01, 2020.
