The assessee has filed an appeal against the order of Commissioner of Income Tax (Exemptions), Bangalore rejecting the Registration u/s. 12AA of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

At the time of hearing, the learned Authorised Representative submitted that the appeal is being withdrawn and accordingly filed a letter that the assessee is withdrawing the appeal and made endorsement in the order sheet. Since the appeal filed by the assessee is withdrawn as per the above letter and endorsement, the same is dismissed. 3. In the result, the appeal of assessee is dismissed.
