Jagtap, Vice President In the order passed by this Tribunal dated 28.02.2020 vide ITA No. 1878/Kol/2019, the Assessment Year in the original order is correctly mentioned as Assessment Year 2015-16 but in the Sd/- copy of this order Assessment Year is wrongly mentioned as Assessment Year 2014-15. It is hereby corrected and read as Assessment Year 2015-16 in Sd/- copy of the order.
This corrigendum will form part of the earlier order dated 28.02.2020.
