Per Shri P.M. Jagtap, Vice-President:- This appeal filed by the assessee is directed against the order passed by the ld. Principal Commissioner of Income Tax-5, Kolkata dated 25.03.2019 for A.Y. 2014-15.
At the time of hearing fixed in this appeal today, the assessee has moved an application seeking permission of the Bench to withdraw this appeal filed by the assessee. Since the ld.
