PER BHAVNESH SAINI, J.M. This appeal by Assessee has been directed against the Order of the Ld. CIT(A), Muzaffarnagar, Dated 29.01.2016, for the A.Y. 2007-2008.
Learned Counsel for the Assessee filed a letter dated 29.04.2019 on record stating therein that assessee is not interested to pursue this appeal and seeks permission to withdraw the appeal.
