All these appeals were heard together and are being disposed of by way of this common order for the sake of convenience. .
In all these appeals, separate letters are filed by the learned AR of the assessee stating that the assessee has filed an application under Vivad Se Viswas Scheme and the same was duly accepted and therefore, the assessee wishes to withdraw these appeals. Accordingly, these appeals are dismissed as withdrawn.
In the result, all these six appeals of the assessee are dismissed.
