At the time of hearing before us, the learned counsel for the assessee requested for withdrawal of the appeals filed by the assessee. Learned Senior DR had no objection.

In view of the above, we accept the request of the assessee for withdrawal of the appeals. Accordingly, the appeals filed by the assessee are dismissed as withdrawn.
In the result, both the appeals of the assessee are dismissed as withdrawn. Decision pronounced in the open Court on 2nd August, 2019.
