This appeal by the assessee is directed against the order dated 31.8.2018 of the CIT(Appeals)-1, Bengaluru relating to assessment year 2013-14.

At the time of hearing, the ld. counsel for the assessee filed a petition for withdrawal of the appeal and submitted that the assessee seeks to withdraw the appeal. Accordingly the request is accepted and the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

In the result, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
