ORDER Per Shri A.T.Varkey, JM This appeal of assessee is against the order of Ld. CIT(A)-4, Kolkata dated 31.05.2018 for assessment year 2012-13.
At the time of hearing the Ld. AR of the assessee submitted that he wants to withdraw the appeal as per the instruction of the appellant. Since Ld. AR of the assessee prays for withdrawal of the appeal, we accept the same and the appeal of assessee is dismissed being withdrawn.
In the result, the appeal of assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
